Phase two of the easing of coronavirus restrictions is expected to begin on Monday, and as part of that transition small retail outlets are preparing to reopen. These retailers will have to operate under strict health and safety rules, controlling the number of individuals that staff and customers interact with at any one time. What will a trip to the shops look like after Monday? How will these businesses survive in this tough climate?
