There are calls for urban centres to be made car free during business hours this summer. Green Party spokesperson for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, Steven Matthews TD says that allowing businesses including restaurants and cafés access to the public footpath in some areas of town centres free of charge this summer could help with social distancing. Ciara chats to Steven Matthews and hears from listeners
