With temperatures climbing into the mid 20 degrees this week, many workers are once again facing the challenge of balancing professional office attire with dressing comfortably for the summer heat.

Some have fully embraced the warmer weather, arriving to work in floral dresses and shorts, while others are sticking to more traditional office wear.

But, as the temperatures continue to rise, is it time to relax workplace dress codes, or should smart-casual office etiquette still prevail?
