Irish Rail are introducing new measures to deal with reservations not appearing over pre-booked seats. The national train service recently had to apologise to the Irish Naval Association and refund the group €360 after some members boarded a train from Dublin to Sligo to find their booking reservations were not displayed and other passengers were sitting in their seats. What is your experience?
