Apartment blocks have been excluded from new planning and tax laws aimed at tackling so-called cuckoo funds buying up housing developments from first-time buyers.
Purchases of more than ten houses at once will attract a 10% stamp duty but cuckoo funds will still be able to bulk buy apartments.
