Today is World Maternal Mental Health Day and new research shows that  1 in 5 women will suffer from mental health problems during pregnancy or after birth. Andrea was joined by Caroline who experienced mental health issues during and after pregnancy. Dr Richard Duffy, Perinatal Psychiatrist in the Rotunda Hospital also joins the conversation to advice women on how best they can find support if they are experiencing a difficult time.
