Dublin homeowners  may see a greater cut to their property tax rate compared with the rest of the country, under proposals being considered by Government. 

controversial proposal tabled by Culture Minister Josepha Madigan is being considered that would allow councils to have more freedom to vary the rates. 

Is it fair that people in some areas of the country pay more property tax than others?
