Vegetarians are being ‘left behind’ by restaurants who are dropping meat free options like omlettes and quiche for vegan options that exclude cheese, butter and eggs. The UK’s Vegetarian Society say they are receiving complaints that traditional vegetarian options are being replaced by vegan dishes.

With diners increasingly facing just two choices: meat or full vegan Andrea was joined by vegetarian and vegan callers who were in touch with the show to discuss if vegetarians have become increasingly forgotten.
