Children are being denied lockers, diaries and even access to daily school activities because their parents cannot afford so-called ‘voluntary’ school fees. That is according to National Parents Council who have called the practice ‘a disgrace’, ‘totally unacceptable’ and that school ‘must cease immediately’. What do you think?
