The proposal to introduce an age limit for the sale and supply of e-scooters looks set to be dropped as it is said to be ‘’unenforceable’’ according to Transport Minister Eamon Ryan. Amendments are set to be made to the Road Traffic and Roads Bill 2021 which legislates for the use of E-Scooters and E-Bikes.
