Making and shipping whiskey is not exactly a low energy undertaking but Anthony Sheehy has done nearly everything in his power to slash the carbon emissions of moving Irish whiskey all over the world, from removing all plastic, to low emission trucks and even using pouches rather than glass to move the product around.
