Doctors advised not to call people obese

British Psychological Society has warned doctors that calling people obese is hurtful, and recommended that they use phrases like "people with obesity" or "people living with obesity” instead. 

Psychologists said finding new ways to describe the issue could mean that those who needed to lose weight were more likely to accept health advice. 

Ciara was joined by Tam Fry chairman of the British National Obesity Forum, along with many callers giving their views.
