A new strategy being drafted by Dublin City Council to crack down on anti-social behaviour in social housing settings will include refusing housing, exclusion orders and evictions for problem tenants.  

The strategy categorises anti-social behaviours into three levels ranging from activities such as dog fouling, to racism, to drugs offences and organised crime. 

Mick Clarke is Dublin City Council’s Area Housing Manager for Estate Management and Eviction Officer joined Andrea on the show.
