While we are all looking forward to the return of outdoor dining on Monday it looks like Gardai in many parts of the country have banned publicans and restaurant owners from serving booze to customers sitting at tables on the street outside their premises. Andrea chats to Brian Browning, publican in Drogheda, and fellow publican & Chairperson of the Louth branch of the VFI.
