Episode Four of 'Grow Your Business' sees Newstalk's Deputy Business Editor Gavin McLoughlin and his panel tackle the roles of Chief Executive and Chairperson.

Gavin was joined by Michael Carey, who is Chairman of the Housing Agency, formerly Chair of Bord Bia for seven years and Executive Chairman at East Coast Bakehouse, and Fergal Mooney who was Chairman of Hostelworld for 10 years, and floated the company on the Stock Exchange in that time.

They joined Gavin to talk about what the roles require, along with the distinct differences between the two.
