When we think of a psychopath we might think of people prone to instances of violence, unconcerned with and apathetic to the needs and feelings of others.

But is the image of the killer, of the Norman Bates or Patrick Bateman character really all that accurate?

Kevin Dutton, research psychologist at the Department of Experimental Psychology, University of Oxford and co-author of 'Sorted!: The Good Psychopath's Guide to Bossing Your Life' joins Jonathan to talk about the spectrum of psychopathy and how some of us could do with a little bit more psychopath in us!
