Now in the run up to the final of this years EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards next Thursday we’ve been chatting to some of this year’s finalists and alumni of the awards about some of the issues that affect entrepreneurs. One of those issues is staff motivation.. particularly during a pandemic.
