In her latest book 'The Hidden Edge: Why Mental Fitness is the Only Advantage that Matters in Business', Jodie argues that too many companies are getting their approach to mental health wrong - tackling it as a problem and treating the symptoms - rather than seeing mental fitness it as an opportunity to develop an organizational superpower.
