The franchise sector is an important contributor to the Irish economy in terms of the employment it creates and the wealth it generates.

The sector is constantly increasing in Ireland, as new franchisees set up their own businesses, existing native businesses use the franchise model for expansion, and new non-Irish franchises enter the market due to our strong domestic economy.
