In 2019, the Dublin licences premises market had grown in value, but the number of units sold is still lower than previous years - that's according to a report by property advisory company, Lisney.

To discuss the real worth of a good pub location, Bobby was joined by Tony Morrissey, Lisney Director of Licence and Leisure & Donall O'Keeffe, CEO of the Licensed Vintners Association to find out more.
