When it comes to reopening society one might think that somewhere like Ireland, with a relatively small population and land mass, might mean the cards are stacked in our favour.

Lecturer in Planning at Technological University Dublin, Conor Skehan, writing in last Sunday’s Independent, claims that there will be some particular problems a country like Ireland will face.
