We spoke to Lynda Coogan, founder of Wine Tasting Ireland not too long ago on the programme about her innovative wine tasting events that are informative, interactive and entertaining.

But like a lot of businesses of late, she has had to shift her business model to accommodate the ever-changing and uncertain business landscape in the time of Covid-19.
