Donegal chef, Brian McDermott has won best cook book in the world with 'Donegal Table' at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in Macao, China.
He speaks to Bobby about creating the book, the scale of the achievement and how publishing the book felt "like holding Ireland in his hands".
