Champion Green is campaigning to turn this ‘Black Friday weekend’ green, a reminder that we should all try to support local in the run up to Christmas.
The initiative is supported by Kilkenny Design and Visa in association with Retail Excellence, Small Firms Association, and Chambers Ireland.
Bobby wanted to talk to some small local businesses who are trying to ride out this strangest of years and so was joined by Gary Collins of Siar Photography in Co. Clare & Sean Kelly of Kelly’s Butchers in Newport who are this year celebrating 90 years in business and seem to typify Champion Green.
