In the spirit of discovery and experiencing new things, Bobby tried out Yoga with old friend of the show Des Doris, Managing Director at Alchemy Event Management.
Bobby got to grips with Downward-facing Dog and looked to find out more about the benefits which come with practicing Yoga and being more mindful, both in mind and body.
