'Shine A Light Night' is Focus Ireland’s flagship campaign which takes place this year on Friday 16th October in partnership with Bord Gais Energy.
They ask their supporters to sleep out for one night to shine a light on homelessness and raise vital funds for their work supporting people experiencing homelessness. The aim of the campaign is to generate vital income for their services as well as stand in solidarity with people experiencing homelessness for one night.
Bobby and the 'Down to Business' team have been involved in the initiative for several years now and have met hundreds of people who have slept out for the night in a bid to raise awarness.
