An overwhelming majority of the Forsa union members have voted for industrial action. In what's been described as the largest ever strike ballot in Ireland, the public sector union has voted in favour of industrial action up to and including full-scale strike action. 

Speaking to Claire this morning, Kevin Callinan is the General Secretary of Forsa and Timmy Dooley, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food, Fisheries and the Marine, and Fianna Fail TD for Clare.
