There’s been a setback in the Enoch Burke case. In a letter sent to Burke by solicitors for the Disciplinary Appeals Panel, it stated that “a number of resignations” had been received from members of the DAP. 

One of those who has seen the letter is the Legal Affairs Editor of the Irish Independent, Shane Phelan who spoke to Claire this morning.
