In 2018, some of the residents of Dublin's largest remaining public housing flat complex moved into 100 newly built and refurbished units.
Eight years on flooding, cracks and rats have made life miserable for those in the new homes. while the rest of the Dolphin House residents are still waiting for their ageing buildings to be redeveloped. Bairbre Holmes went to Dublin 8 to find out more.
