Kerry shop attaches fake 'made in Ireland' clothes tags

A Kerry retailer selling Irish-themed clothing has been fined for attaching “Made in Ireland” labels to jumpers that were actually made in Pakistan. The judge found that it was a deliberate attempt by Quills Woolen Market to deceive buyers.  

Chairperson of the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, Brian McHugh told Claire the details of the case.
