Last night at the UN General Assembly President Trump urged member nations of the International Criminal Court to withdraw calling it an "out of control institution" and "an evil group of people." 

Speaking to Claire was Nicolas Guillou who is one of the International Criminal Court's 18 sitting judges who was placed under U.S. sanctions last year. It came after issuing an arrest warrant for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over alleged war crimes in Gaza.
