One of the measures established by the government to help foster the much-needed building of houses was the body called Home Building Finance Ireland. It’s goal is to provide funding at market rates for commercially viable residential developments in the State.   They are just over three years old and they have published the latest annual report. For more on the details of the report,  Newstalk Business Editor Joe Lynam spoke to the chief executive of the HBFI, Dara  Dearing.
