Earlier this month a deal was struck between the port of Amsterdam, the Port of Cork, and an Irish company EIH2 to export hydrogen from Cork – as part of the long-term battle to decarbonise our energy mix at a time of soaring fuel costs. But there’s still lots to do including the construction of brand new infrastructure in the southwest and even a wholesale change of mindsets.
