He was joined by Head of the Hospitality sector in the Business Banking section of Bank of Ireland Gerardo Larios Rizo, Adrian Cummins , CEO of the Restaurant Association of Ireland, Liam Griffin, hotelier with the Griffin Group, and Pat Crotty, the owner of the Paris Texas bar in Kilkenny.
