Back on Track is our weekly podcast where we find out how businesses have coped, how some have thrived, and how industries are adapting.

This week, it’s all about hospitality.

Bobby Kerr asked our panel of experts about the industry over the last 4 months, and what things look like going into the future.

He was joined by Head of the Hospitality sector in the Business Banking section of Bank of Ireland Gerardo Larios RizoAdrian Cummins , CEO of the Restaurant Association of Ireland, Liam Griffin, hotelier with the Griffin Group, and Pat Crotty, the owner of the Paris Texas bar in Kilkenny.
