The Paper Review kicked off today with a 'proper whodunnit', involving a robbery on a tiny island off the coast of Scotland - in which somebody made off with £200 and some bobble hats. But there's only 23 residents on the island...

The tragic balcony collapse in Berkeley in which six people lost their lives is covered on the front pages of all the papers today, with photographs and reports from California. 

Donald Trump's intention to seek the Republican nomination to be the party's US presidential candidate is also covered, while several papers report on the announcement that Chris Evans is set to take over Top Gear.

An article in The Daily Mail claims there is increased need for antidepressants and medicine - for household pets. It seems dogs are 'living lives of fatigue', and struggling to keep up with their owners, which is having an impact on their health.
