The European Resource Efficiency Platform meets in Brussels today to agree a strategy on reducing Europe’s use of any material resources that will eventually run out.
Former Taoiseach John Bruton is chairing the meeting, and spoke to Newstalk Breakfast about the event. He also gave his views on the Garda crisis and Sinn Féin's bounce in the opinion polls.
