Just 62 people hold the same wealth between them as half of the world's population.
Nine of these uber-rich are women - their total value $1.6 trillion.
Those findings contained in a report from Oxfam, which is getting a lot of coverage today.

The Star, The Herald and The Irish Daily Mirror all lead with the Kildare murder case.

The Irish Daily Mail has an interview with the sister-in-law from Jason Corbett's first marriage - she is defending Jason's reputation after his second wife's allegations about domestic abuse: "Mags would have told me if Jason was abusive".

One story that is rolling on after weekend coverage - FAI boss John Delaney was pictured canvassing or supporting for Alan Kelly of Labour in his native Tipperary. Questions being raised about the appropriateness of Delaney's behaviour.
The London Times, in their Irish edition online, says 30 animals were euthanised by Dublin Zoo over the last three years. They include monkeys, snow leopards and flamencos - but the zoo has told the paper the deaths were because of illness.
TheJournal.ie has a story about fixing a date for Easter, a feast that moves every year. Ivan's take: "I think it would help everyone's holidays, not to mind the racing calendar if we fixed that date".
