Today's paper review kicked off with a story about the English hotel where Jeremy Clarkson had his infamous fracas with a producer earlier this year.
It seems the hotel has since become something of a tourist spot, and has put up a plaque reading "here lies the BBC career of Jeremy Clarkson".
Today's papers inevitably lead with Storm Frank, which has been wreaking havoc across the country over the last 24 hours.
The Irish Independent has the latest from the US on the legal situation of David Drumm, while a number of papers also feature the news that Gay Byrne is recovering well after suffering a heart attack earlier this week.
Niamh Lyons, Political Editor of The Times Irish Edition, joined Kieran Cuddihy in studio to discuss today's stories.
On the David Drumm story, she explained that a petition claims "the judge who denied him bail hasn't really taken his safety into account, and there have been four separate transfers within the prison system".
Meanwhile the Irish Examiner reports that Donald Trump is now going to start spending money on ads - having not really needed to spend any so far due to the huge amount of media coverage he has received.
"Any soundbite, any tweet, gets him as much publicity as he needs," Niamh observed. "We're getting to that terrifying stage... where we really see the colour of his money".
