Invested is a 3-part webinar series that will take you on a journey from understanding your money, to looking at your goals, and getting a plan to help you achieve the best outcome for you and your family.  Bank of Ireland and its team of expert guests will give you the insights and guidance to feel confident about understanding and venturing into the investing world.

Kicking off on April 27th at 10am, the first webinar of the series – The Why And How Of Investing: A Beginner’s Journey – will take a look at the the fundamental challenges of how to get your money growing when the cost of living is rising but interest rates remain low. Hosts Bernard Walsh, Head of Pensions and Investments at Bank of Ireland and Yvonne Donnellan, Senior Financial Advisor at Bank of Ireland will discuss how in today’s world of low interest rates, your money simply isn’t earning enough in your savings account to beat inflation and how you can buck that trend.

The second webinar – Eyes on the Prize – The Secrets of Successful Investing – will take place on May 25th and examine the golden rules of investing and what behaviours influence how we achieve our investment goals. Bernard Walsh will be joined by Dr Greg Davies, Head of Behavioural Finance at Oxford Risk for this informative session.

The final episode – How Many Eggs? And Which Baskets? Investing In Uncertain Times – will take place on June 29th where the discussion between Bernard Walsh and Eoin Fahy, Head of Responsible Investing at KBI Global Investments will be around how you can approach market volatility and what smart decisions you can make when faced with global uncertainty affecting your investments.
