Highest afternoon temperatures 11 to 14 degrees, mildest in the west. Winds mostly light, north to northeast.

Continuing dry tonight with clear spells and little or no wind.

Patches of frost and fog will form again under clear skies as temperatures drop to between 1 and 5 degrees.
