A number of people can be heard laughing as the explosive goes off beside her head.
It is believed she suffered burns to her head and body.
Gardaí have not received a complaint about the incident on Railway Street over the weekend.
However it was captured on video

Local councillor Christy Burke said the victim has been in contact with him:
“She is a very vulnerable young woman,” he said. “A very articulate young lady.”
“The burns didn’t put her out of action; what concerned her was she saved up for a couple of weeks for that particular jacket that was on her and that seemed to be more worrying than her injuries.
“But look, she is OK; she is getting on with her life.”
