On Wednesday night, Paul McCartney kicked off his 2016 "One On One" tour in the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California with a massive surprise for those present.
The first of the 38 songs he performed was "A Hard Day's Night", and it was both the first time he'd ever done the song as a solo artist, and the first time he performed it singing in concert when the Beatles played the Cow Palace in Daly City, California on August 31st, 1965.
He also played other classics such as "Love Me Do", "Band on the Run," "Blackbird," "Back in the U.S.S.R.," "Live and Let Die," "Hey Jude" and "Yesterday."
Not just one to play the golden oldies, McCartney also performed several tracks from his 2013 album You, as well as the track "FourFiveSeconds", which he'd originally performed with Rihanna and Kanye West in 2015.
