One of the most hotly anticipated games in recent memory, No Man's Sky may well change the world of gaming forever, and the team behind it is fronted by an Irishman.

Hello Games was founded by Sean Murray and Grant Duncan after they'd worked at a number of other companies and decided they wanted to do something a little bit different for themselves.

They were named as one to watch in The Guardian for their innovative approach to game design, and they got a huge amount of attention when they announced their plans to make No Man's Sky - a game where you explore thousands of new worlds.

With the publicity behind the title driving plenty of interest, Murray appeared on The Late Show with Stepehn Colbert this week to talk about the project. Given that it's a complex idea, Murray explains a little bit of the concept behind the game and how they have, essentially, created an entire universe where not even the developers know what is around the next corner.

It's a fantastic achievement for Murray and the small company he's part of, and while he's still very secretive about the release date, there's no doubt that the game will be a huge success when it hits stores.
