By now, you've probably seen this video, which shows a variety of complete strangers volunteering to kiss each other.

But one man has taken the concept further by asking strangers to slap each other in the face. Max Landis explains his idea:

"I gathered acquaintances, friends both casual and close, paired them randomly, put them in a void, and asked them to hit each other in the face. No one was pressured, and everyone was hit as hard as THEY asked to be hit."

It's all in good fun, of course, and there's plenty of smiling, kissing and hugging after the slaps are thrown.
