class="MsoNormal"> lang="EN-IE">It is alleged that in 2008 he provided unlawful financial assistance to members of the Quinn family and the so-called ‘Maple 10’ of Irish investors to enable them to buy shares in Anglo.

class="MsoNormal"> lang="EN-IE">Sean FitzPatrick has been granted bail on condition he stays at his address, signs on weekly at Irishtown Garda Station and gives Gardaí 48 hours notice if he plans to leave the jurisdiction.
