A promotional video has been released ahead of the 'Ireland Inspires 2016' campaign, which will mark the 100th anniversary of the 1916 Easter Rising.
Featuring footage of the Queen, David Cameron and Ian Paisley, it promotes the spirit of reconciliation between Britain and Ireland and encourages us to "build a new legacy of hope, belief, possibility and confidence."
Some of the responses have been less than enthused though.

Also really inspiring the way people will walk down the street with a multinational corporation as their superego. #irelandinspires

Noel Carroll appears in the #irelandinspires video around 1926, before Beckett. So fast a runner he could travel back in time.
