On Tuesday during the Opposition speeches, Mary Lou McDonald was asked to leave the Dáil chamber after she refused to withdraw a comment.
McDonald was interrupted by the Ceann Comhairle Sean Barrett and asked to address her speech to the Chair, instead of Taoiseach Enda Kenny.
McDonald commented that the request was bias and described the interjection as "deliberately disruptive."

The Ceann Comhairle asked her to withdraw the comment but McDonald refused. She was kindly asked to leave the chamber.
