While there is no shortage of images from Pripyat, the Ukrainian city that has been abandoned since the Chernobyl nuclear disaster in 1986, this video offers up a different take.
Cinematographer Danny Cooke flew a drone through the city whilst filming a documentary there, capturing the haunting beauty of the town. Though Pripyat as a tourist destination remains somewhat controversial - given that in the past, tourists have moved object around to make more compelling photos - the drone captures brilliantly how nature has reclaimed the city from nuclear devastation.
Armed with a Go-Pro and Geiger counter to check radiation level, Cooke captures a bird's-eye-view of what was left after that fateful day in 1986. Check out the video below:
