The UN Peace Envoy Lakhdar Brahimi has called for 'real change' in Syria.
He says he wants the creation of a transition government with full powers until an election can be held.
Mr Brahimi made the comments in Damascus - as part of his latest attempt to persuade both sides to end the conflict which has so far claimed over 45,000 lives.
